Mostplay Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Mostplay website (mostplay-baji.com) and all associated services, mobile applications, and platforms. By registering for or using the Mostplay platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali to ensure easy understanding for users in Bangladesh. If you have any language-related concerns, please contact the mostplay support team.

To create an account on Mostplay, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• You must register using your real name, phone number, and date of birth.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password) confidential.

Mostplay may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in withdrawal suspension.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Mostplay:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours (typically within 3 minutes).

Mostplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is listed on its respective bonus page.
• Duration: Each bonus has a fixed expiry period; bonuses not used within this period will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Please read the bonus details carefully.
• Prohibited misuse: Mostplay reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of manipulating the bonus system.

Mostplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots on Mostplay:

Sports Betting:

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The odds displayed on Mostplay are final. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being shown, Mostplay reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Live Casino:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a bet is incomplete due to a connection issue, the decision will be made based on system logs.

All game outcomes are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mostplay platform:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack against the platform.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Deceiving or threatening other users.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs for personal gain.

Mostplay places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting should be a source of entertainment — not addiction.

The following protective tools are always available on the mostplay platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set limits on daily, weekly, and monthly deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Betting History: Review your own betting patterns.
• Reality Check: Check your session time and spending at regular intervals.

Mostplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or unethical activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide KYC documents.

In the case of permanent closure, if a valid balance exists in the account and no terms have been violated, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their funds.

If a complaint or dispute arises, Mostplay follows the process outlined below:

2. Step Two: You will receive an initial response within 72 hours.
3. Step three: For complex cases, the investigation team will issue a final decision within 14 business days.
4. Final Step: If you are not satisfied with mostplay's decision, you may appeal through an independent dispute resolution body.

When submitting a complaint, please include the transaction ID, date, and full details to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Mostplay reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be published on the website.
• Registered members will be notified via email or SMS.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
